Job Role: Associate, Lawyer, Solicitor
My client is a top tier international player with an enviable reputation as a leading provider of high quality legal services to a range of blue-chip clients. Frequently recognised in major legal publications for its expertise across a broad range of commercial disciplines, the firm continues to grow and as a result of this expansion the firm is now looking to recruit two experienced and driven lawyers to bolster the offering in the real estate team, one at associate and the other at senior associate level, in either Birmingham or Manchester.
The firm acts for clients across a number of sectors, and these key recruits will be working in the team providing real estate advice to the energy and infrastructure sectors. The practice advises developers, investors and funders involved in the delivery of major infrastructure projects relating to the energy sector, and you will be working on a spectrum of acquisitions and disposals, commercial development, property management and also giving consideration to planning issues.
Candidates with previous experience in areas such as solar power, wind, hydro and nuclear energy projects will be of real interest, particularly in respect of the more senior position, but all candidates with a solid background in the commercial property field accrued with a leading City, national or top-tier regional firm will be considered.
Remuneration for the role will be highly competitive and is designed to attract the best talent available.

We are staffed by lawyers and non-lawyers alike all sharing our passion to get things right and all having gone through rigorous training and development to ensure we are always able to help and offer pragmatic and non-patronising advice. We are happy to talk even when there is absolutely no chance of a fee as we think that is the right thing to do.
We aim to give all of our candidates an edge by giving them every legitimate help that we can – to ensure that in the current competitive environment our candidates are the best prepared and researched. Having been established for nearly a decade we are proud to have staff with a wealth of experience in top end legal recruitment which helped countless candidates through the recession of the early ‘90s. All of them genuinely care about the people they represent.
This is a cross section of some of the comments we have received:
“I have known Jane for a number of years now. She has never been pushy or simply interested in placing me in the first available job. Instead, she has focused on finding the right job for me, at the right time for me. I would recommend Jane to anyone.”
“Tony has done an excellent job throughout. He is professional, courteous and thorough.”
“Greg was fantastic right from our initial conversation. He clearly has excellent knowledge of the market and goes the extra mile compared to other recruiters. Overall I would be happy to recommend Greg to friends within the profession – in fact I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Greg was first class.”
