My client is a leading commercial practice which works on a broad range of real estate matters including landlord & tenant, acquisitions and disposals, portfolio transactions and development work. Although the firm would be classified as boutique the quality of its client base is excellent, and includes large organisations with a national and sometimes international presence.
Due to continually high levels of instructions coming into the real estate team the firm is seeking to recruit an ambitious commercial property lawyer of between NQ-5yrs PQE. With the calibre of lawyers already engaged by the firm it is hoped that applicants will have some ‘big firm’ experience and training and will be used to dealing with high calibre clients and the levels of service which they expect.
Due to a significant level of investment in the firm’s IT systems and infrastructure the practice is able to offer a flexible working environment if required, should applicants require school hours or reduced days, as well as the option to work from home. As such if you are seeking to improve your work/life balance, looking to be there for collection from school or simply want to deal with high quality work without a commute into a city then this could be the role for you!
The firm’s main mantra is a commitment to client care, with the focus purely being to provide an exemplary level of service. There is little emphasis on factors such as time recording, chargeable hours or KPIs – as long as the clients are happy, everyone is!
