The firm is looking to recruit a newly or recently qualified Commercial Property solicitor to join a busy team based in Mid Cornwall. The team advises a range of clients on all aspects of sales and purchases of offices, shops, industrial units etc. as well as dealing with the drafting of leases, landlord and tenant matters and development work.
You will either be about to qualify with some commercial property experience during your training contract or have up to 3 years post qualification experience in general commercial property work.
