This is a fantastic opportunity for an extremely capable commercial solicitor who is looking to utilise their experience with a leading international practice, offering high calibre work and an impressive client base. The firm is seeking to recruit talented commercial solicitors due to consistently high levels of top quality work being generated and referred into the team. Ambitious and driven lawyers are sought who will be taking on a role which offers exposure to City calibre work, working as part of a team of transactional specialists across the globe.
The firm acts on behalf of leading international brands and household names as well as major blue chips which feature prominently in the NASDAQ and FTSE100 listings. The firm is seeking to speak to lawyers of between NQ-3yrs PQE who have had exposure to a broad range of matters, including:
- supply agreements,
- outsourcing agreements,
- IP ownership agreements
- distributor & agency agreements
- license agreements
You will have trained with a genuine top tier national, international or City practice but will also have a diverse skill-set, able to engage and negotiate with clients, both current and prospective, and will be experienced in delivering an exceptional level of client care at all times. Candidates without top-tier training may be considered, but will be required to display real commercial drive and acumen and the ability to transfer to the ethos and demands of a ‘big firm’ environment quickly.
This role represents a superb opportunity for a solicitor with strong drafting experience who would be keen to work on behalf of a reputable client base, as part of a practice which is highly regarded and rated by numerous legal publications as well as the wider market. You will be performing a key role liaising both directly with clients and also with the partners across the firm’s offices to ensure that requirements are met in all areas of their commercial work, hence a professional outlook and excellent client-facing skills are also a must.
This is an excellent chance for a top calibre candidate of between NQ-3yrs PQE to join a leading international player with an exceptional reputation in the market. Additional to strong drafting skills some corporate experience would be useful, although is not a prerequisite. Remuneration is market-leading and is designed to attract the best talent available.
